Revisions & Reshoots

Revisions & Reshoots To keep things smooth: Share your vision, script, shortlist, reference videos, or must-have shots before the shoot. The more info we get upfront, the better we can match your expectations and deliver the best results. Each project includes one free minor revision in the edit (like swapping a clip or tweaking text). If you request something new after delivery (for example, adding a logo that wasn’t in the original brief), a small $50 fee will apply. If you need multiple changes or prefer to be very involved in the editing process, extra edits are available at $80/hour.

🎥 Reshoots : Reshoots are super rare — we’ve never had to do one! However, if you request a new scene after delivery that wasn’t part of the original brief, it will be treated as a full reshoot. This means starting the process from scratch — models, studio, filming, editing — and the original project cost will need to be covered again by the client.


How long do you store my files and products?

We store your files and product for up to 6 weeks after project completion.
After that, we may delete the files and donate the product to free up space — unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Can I get my product back?

Yes! If you’d like your product returned after the shoot, just let us know in advance. Please include a prepaid return shipping label with your package. We’ll make sure your product is safely packaged and sent back once the project is complete.
